Work Experience
Volunteering at Foundations involves a variety of practical, hands-on tasks. This includes moving furniture to keep our display areas tidy, as well as organising deliveries and preparing items for the van driver.
You’ll also help with loading and unloading the van for both deliveries and collections, ensuring everything is handled with care. The role also involves keeping furniture clean and presentable, and carrying out small repairs when needed, such as tightening fittings or fixing minor issues.
Placements are free and fully flexible, running Monday to Friday between 9:00am and 4:30pm to fit around your commitments. Even if you can only spare one day per week, that’s absolutely fine by us.
